I’ve been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?

1. Locations determine delivery estimates. If the delivery estimate is available for your location, it will be clearly written below the product image on the product page.

2. Before we can provide you with a delivery estimate, you will need to select your location from the drop-down box. 

3. If you want accuracy in our delivery estimates, please provide us with your active number, correct address with landmarks if possible.

4. Without mincing words, we try as much as possible to deliver on time, but there are some unwanted circumstances that arise.
